Samsung LCD TV 19" and freeview ?

This is a samsung lcd tv 19" and comes with freeview box. This is an lcd tv not an hd tv and has pc vga input and dvi so can be used as a monitor also. When the freeview is connected it displays little speckles on screen but this may be the scart lead i am using and is not caused by the tv. Also the aerial seen in the pic is not included
